What currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans are purchased through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout.
Can I try Pro before I pay?
Yes. New accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card needed. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan.
How are full site scans counted?
Full site scans are counted when each starts, and the count starts again on the 1st of each month.
What does Lifetime Pro include?
Lifetime Pro is for the life of the product, not of the buyer. It includes Pro's features as they are when you buy it, and its usage limits still apply.
How do I cancel a subscription?
To avoid a future renewal charge, cancel your subscription before the next billing date through the subscription-management options provided with your Lemon Squeezy order or account, where available. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise, access generally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase of a paid TheUrlInsights plan. We do not offer voluntary refunds for subscription renewal charges.
